Ralf Stoeckeler is a qualified professional civil engineer and the Manager of our Inverell office.

 Ralf earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering in 1978 as well as numerous other qualifications including a Master of Local Government Management in 1994 and has worked for the District Council of Barossa, Glenn Innes Municipal Council and Glenn Innes Severn Shire Council before coming to work for LEGS in March 2008.

 Ralfs Capabilities include:

 - Survey and Design of rural roads
 - Survey and Design of urban subdivisions including road, stormwater, water and sewer.
 - Preparation of Strategic Business Plan for Glenn Innes water and sewer.
 - Preparation of Drought Management Plan and Demand Management Plan For Glenn Innes.
 - Valuation of water and sewer assets, roads, bridges, footpaths.
 - Tender preparation and evaluation.
 - Project Management of various projects such as bridges, causeways, sewerage treatment works, roadworks.
 

 Ralfs key qualifications: Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, Graduate Diploma in Local Government Engineering with Credit (UTS), Master of Local Government Management (UTS).

 He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects including:

 - Survey & design of roads and streets;

 - storm water drainage and sewerage design;

 - structural design;

 - Project Management
