Mark
Smith is a qualified professional civil engineer, graduating from the
University of Southern Queensland. After a 15 year Local Government
career and over 12 years with private Engineering and Surveying
consultants, he began work with LEGS in June 2007 and is now the Manager
of our Maitland office.
