 Port Macquarie - Link Road - Project management and site surveillance of Link Road for Hastings Council. Site Surveillance of all roads and 2 bridges over 80 weeks of construction. Approx. cost works $25,000,000

 Waterfall Way - Project management of a 1.4km section of MR76 at Coutts Water for Nymboida Shire Council at a project cost of approx. $750,000.

 Grafton - Armidale Rd – 13km length of MR74 constructed for Pristine Waters Council. Project cost $8 million.
 

 BRIDGES 

 Nambucca Shire Council – Project management and supervision of construction of a new $3 million bridge at Macksville - Wilson bridge (ref Bruce Redman, 6568 2555).

 Guyra Shire Council - Project Management of two bridges on MR135. An Auspec specification was written for the design and construction of two low cost bridges – total value $650,000 (ref David Wolfenden, Ph 6779 1577).

 Bourke Shire Council - Project Management for painting of North Bourke Bridge – a 120 yr old heritage structure. Specifications and tender documents were written, contract administration and supervision as Council’s Superintendents Rep – total value $850,000 (ref Sean Rice, Ph 6872 2055).

 OTHER PROJECTS

 Projects managed for Gunnedah Shire Council:-

 Sewerage Effluent Reuse Scheme – value $1,500,000

 Road construction & water supply project - $600,000

 Both projects were completed with significant savings and within the allotted time (ref Max Kershaw Ph 6740 2100)

 Lake Cathie Rising Main – construction of 2km wastewater rising main for Hastings Council (ref Jeff Sharp 6581 8619)

 SPECIFICATIONS & TENDERS

 Moree - Specifications and tender documents prepared for reconstruction of a 12km section of MR367 near Mungindi for Moree Plains Shire Council, using RTA specifications.

 Gwydir Highway – Specifications and tender documents prepared for 3 sections of reconstruction near Ramornie for Nymboida Shire Council. Value $280,000.

 Grafton Saleyards – tenders called for upgrade of the effluent treatment system for Grafton Saleyards on behalf of Nymboida Shire Council at a project cost of $600,000.

 Bucketts Way – Specifications and tender documents for road construction to upgrade Bucketts Way between Gloucester and Taree.
 

 QUALITY ASSURANCE / RTA PREQUAL.

 Ramornie – Full QA specifications and tender documents prepared for Gwydir Highway road reconstruction project on behalf of Nymboida Shire Council. Tender won by RTA Northern Road Services Group, and administered as a QA contract. (Ref Peter Collins, RTA Zone Manager, 66401300)

 Rocky Creek Bridges – Full QA specifications prepared on behalf of Bellingen Shire Council for construction of two bridges at Rocky Creek near Dorrigo, under the RTA’s Single Invitation contract arrangements. (ref Isabel Buczinski, RTA, 6640 1065)

 RTA Prequalification – Attended all of the RTA seminars on prequalification for Safety, Environment and Quality requirements, and provided assistance to Nymboida Shire Council and Bellingen Shire Council in preparing documentation for RTA prequalification requirements.

 Main Road Preconstruction Docs – Project development docs for Bingara Shire and Armidale-Dumaresq Councils – including REFs, Road Safety Audits, and Concept reports.
